Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure maximum number of outlets to sell Product
∎ To ensure the coverage of all products and SKU's in each outlet under his territory
∎ To execute all the sales & other promotional programs as and when introduced
∎ To ensure maximum product coverage & create new outlet with the consent of ASM & to achieve the targeted sales in every month
∎ To maintain trade report with all the dealer and non-dealer prospective outlets in his territory
∎ To understand market needs & serve accordingly on time
∎ To search for new sales areas/outlets and depth of coverage of existing covered outlet
∎ To find where there is a prospect to use our product in any individual or corporate needs
∎ To collect orders from dealers, distributors & retailers
∎ To Visit Construction Sites Regularly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Smart, Energetic & Hardworking
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
