∎ Degree in industrial & Production engineering, production management, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Technology, Apparel manufacture Technology, or others related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure cost reduction by applying all technique to minimize defect and reduce extra hour work.
∎ Coordinate daily Knitting, Dyeing planning according to shipment plan & ensure fabrics delivery on time
∎ Discuss with planning and cutting department on daily basis regarding input requirement.
∎ Daily monitor on sewing & finishing department to full fill order quantity to avoid any sort of short shipment & ensure shipment schedule.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning emphasizing on cost reduction to increase profitability.
∎ Ensure a quality production with maximum target achievement through perfect production planning.
∎ Monitor production process that buyers requirement is being followed properly.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Report to the authority in details for time to time.
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
