Experience:
Candidate must have previous experience in the relevant field as a Personal Assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Certification in Secretariat Management will be considered as an added advantage.
Manage and maintain the CFO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and reviews.
Ensure timely communication and coordination on behalf of the CFO.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy at all times.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters and other official correspondence.
Act as the first point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Oversee administrative tasks such as stationery, meeting room booking, and departmental coordination.
