  • Special Qualification: Expert in Power BI will be given preference.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Business Performance Analytics

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support business decision-making.
  • Conduct performance analysis across functions (production, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and process-wise performance visibility.

2. Productivity Monitoring & Improvement

  • Track key productivity indicators across the value chain.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Support execution of productivity enhancement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

3. Process Excellence & Transformation

  • Coordinate and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
  • Apply Lean, Kaizen, and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) methodologies for process optimization.
  • Map, assess, and streamline business processes for cycle-time and cost reduction.
  • Standardize processes and support development of SOPs and best practices.

4. Operational Accountability & Value Chain Assessment

  • Assess material and process accountability from end to end.
  • Identify sources of loss, inefficiency, and leakage.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support their implementation and tracking.
  • Strengthen internal control mechanisms within operational workflows.

5. Business Process Audit & Compliance Assurance

  • Conduct risk-based process audits to ensure compliance and control effectiveness.
  • Review adherence to SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate process integrity, risk exposure, and operational discipline.
  • Issue audit findings and follow up on corrective action implementation.

6. ERP Data Integrity & Process Governance

  • Monitor ERP system usage, data quality, and workflow compliance.
  • Support process alignment within ERP modules to ensure accurate performance reporting.
  • Coordinate ERP-related improvements and user capability enhancement.
