Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Bachelor or MBA in Apparel Merchandising from any reputed University or equivalent from any reputed university.

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.

• Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a merchandising team.

• Should be able to work under pressure.

• Must have sound knowledge on Knit product.

• Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.

• Assist to the Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser for every aspect in any time.

• Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory within time.

• Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.

• Maintain all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities, as required.

• Monitor the quantity and quality of the collected raw materials.

• Follow up production as per approved T&A and maintain submit Bill of Material (BOM).

• Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet.

• Must be good knowledge about ERP system.

• Make sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics get in house before bulk production starts.

• Handle all merchandising issues with merchandiser starting from query to shipment.

• All required submission as per Buyer's demand including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics and Trims, etc.

• Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality.

• Follow-up time and action plan properly and updating daily basis.

• Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc.

• Must inform to the Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser in any kind of job start/done or finalize and inform immediately to the senior's acknowledgement.

• Any other relevant task assigned by Management.
