• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Management and problem-solving skills in addition to have excellent sense of responsibility.
• Should have experience of special yarn & fabric development process, and following up of Yarn Dyeing, All Over Print & Developing Fancy Yarn in house timely.
• Having good knowledge about Knit Fabric Finishing, Dia & Shrinkage, Testing of Fabrics.
• Should have experience in record keeping for all Knitting R&D related issues (with Swatch) Job wise & Season wise.
• Excellent in communication skill in both English and Bengali.
• Good computer knowledge in Computing skills and MS Office.

• The candidate must have depth knowledge in different knit fabrics and background in performing Knitting/ R&D department.
• To analyze customer requirements for particular fabric development and ensure that fabric quality is achievable in own Textile and can be maintained through development for bulk delivery.
• Capable of fabric swatch analysis, specially capable to select yarn & knitting M/C & GG selection
• To manage & maintain relationship with concern team ensuring that fabric development meets the procedures as per requirement.
• To provide technical support to the other concern departments like Product Development, Merchandising team, etc.
