Skills Required: BOM,communication and interpersonal skill.,Consumption calculation,leadership and negotiation,Merchandising and Marketing,odoo,Product Costing and budgeting,Ttally ERP9 Tally prime
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Experience working with Bangladesh-based local brands (Sailor, Freeland, Yellow, Ecstasy, etc.) preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (T&A, costing, consumption).
Responsibilities & Context:
Order Coordination:
Liaise with local brand clients and internal teams to understand order requirements and specifications.
Coordinate the entire order process from order placement to shipment.
Production Planning:
Work with production and planning teams to create production schedules and monitor progress.
Ensure production targets are met to meet delivery deadlines.
Sample Approval:
Collaborate with the design and development team to create samples for client approval.
Ensure timely sample submission and approval.
Cost Analysis:
Calculate production costs, including materials, labor and overhead.
Assist in setting competitive pricing for local brand garments.
Quality Control:
Work closely with the quality control team to maintain quality standards.
Conduct inspections and address quality-related issues.
Client Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for local brand clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns and provide regular updates on order status.
Order Documentation:
Ensure accurate and complete documentation for each order, including invoices, BOM, Costing, shipping documents and contracts.
Stock Monitoring:
Monitor inventory levels of finished products and materials.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure sufficient stock availability.
