Responsibilities & Context:
Create annual and quarterly revenue projections and expense budgets.
Ensure full P&L for Sales & Marketing
Build and scale nationwide distribution & retail partnerships
Lead e-commerce growth & conversion optimization
Drive performance marketing (Meta/Google) with strong ROAS
Develop pricing strategies aligned with cost fluctuations
Build a strong brand through content, influencers & PR
Implement CRM, retention and customer experience systems
Lead and manage high-performing sales & marketing teams
