Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time & motion study to determine standard time and improve productivity.
Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost-saving.
Monitor daily production performance and identify bottlenecks.
Prepare line layouts and workstation setup for smooth workflow.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to meet daily targets.
Develop and implement effective line balancing.
Calculate manpower, machine requirements and capacity planning.
Maintain IE-related reports and production efficiency records.
Provide technical support for new style implementation or sample development.
Ensure continuous improvement through lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
