Operation, Rider
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New Rider acquisition
∎ Rider Training and management
∎ Maintain recruitment software and update data accordingly and conduct background checks and verify identity.
∎ Derive insights and formulate strategies for longer-term retention, improve rider
∎ supply, and enhance the rider experience
∎ Optimize operations through innovation and process development to implement the best practices
∎ Opportunity to manage in-house tools for communications and engagement.
∎ Analyze and track KPIs to improve operations performance
∎ Optimize our demand and supply forecast model
∎ Define and own the incentives model to influence rider's performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Rider Management.
∎ Strong time management and decision-making skills.
∎ Ability to understand company products, services, and policies
∎ Good working knowledge about Ms. Word and Excel.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
