Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Preferably from IBA (DU), IBA (JU), NSU, DU, BRAC, BUP, EWU, IUB
∎ Skills Required: Advertising , Branding, Campaign Planning, Corporate Communication

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Promotion, Digital Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the development and execution of effective brand communication strategies and campaigns.
∎ Plan and develop social media campaigns.
∎ Work closely with other departments such as Business Development, customer service, content, finance, and tech teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
∎ Brainstorm content marketing strategies based around.
∎ Leading a team consisting of a copywriter, media buyer, visualizer, photographer, and videographer.
∎ Managing agency including briefing campaign goals, and strategies and overseeing the executions.
∎ OVC and TVC idea generation and creation.
∎ Oversee marketing copy, images, videos, emails, and other collateral.
∎ Ideation & Execution of Brand Strategy
∎ Collaborate with designers, PR, and other professionals on large and small-scale marketing projects.
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
∎ Use analytics tools to analyze data and performance metrics of the website and digital marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
∎ Develop and manage social media accounts to engage with customers and promote the business.
∎ Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with the business's brand and goals.
∎ Develop and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure marketing efforts are cost-effective and align with business goals.
∎ Develop and manage various digital media campaigns such as reach, engagement, and traffic campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the website.
∎ Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and use the data to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a Brand Manager
∎ Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
∎ Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
∎ Strong time management and decision-making skills.
∎ Outstanding communication skills
∎ Ability to understand company products, services, and policies.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
∎ Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
