Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring quality and fast delivery service.
∎ Optimizing the delivery and other cost.
∎ Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
∎ Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle.
∎ Inventory management with the aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times.
∎ Daily visual inspection of goods arriving at the warehouse & inbound accordingly.
∎ Keep track of all the expiry products and do the necessary.
∎ Inventory reconciliation between the in-house tracking system and the physical counts.
∎ Monitor the 3rd party logistics to reduce the return ratio & increase customer delivery.
∎ Responsible for providing solutions to customer queries on product return issues.
∎ Responsible for picking products from vendors/sellers on a regular basis.
∎ Perform packaging operations, respecting the quality and quantity indicated.
∎ Collect products for packing from the inventory team according to the invoice requirement.
∎ Keep a record of packing material and ensure the proper use of it.
∎ Identify and remove defective products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Must have good command over advanced MS Excel
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Hard worker and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure.
