∎ CCNA / MTCNA will get preference
∎ Professional Certification: Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certification) is a plus
∎ Call Center Management
∎ IT service desk Management(on-site & Remote)
∎ Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), data backup/recovery, etc;
∎ Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;
∎ Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude;
∎ Excellent communication skills;
∎ Able to work under stress and team management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols;
∎ Install and configure software and hardware;
∎ Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to the vendor;
∎ Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation;
∎ Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements;
∎ Set up and monitor the on-site/cloud-based server and storage functions;
∎ Troubleshoot issues and outages;
∎ Ensure security through access controls, IP based CCTV system, backups, and firewalls;
∎ Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential;
∎ Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
∎ Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice;
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
