Technical Support, Computer Accessories, Computer skill, Hardware & Networking, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, Hardware Engineer, Windows Server
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Buying House, Banks, Advertising Ageny, Investment/Merchant Banking
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners etc.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Installation, Configuration and Maintenance, Different types of Mail Client, Database Server, in Windows and Linux platform.
∎ Maintenance & Connectivity support the PABX System.
∎ Managing internal LAN, VPN, Network products (Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM, CCTV, access control and their installation, configuration and cabling.
∎ Monitor server and network infrastructure, take initiatives and ensure overall security of full infrastructure.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Setting up accounts for new users.
∎ Creative problem solving skills with strong troubleshooting skills.
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Testing new technology.
∎ Maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks.
∎ Any other task assign by Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
