∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting and configuring office hardware, including PCs, laptops, Mac Book/iMac, printers, scanners, monitors, etc.
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Setting up new user accounts and profiles, dealing with password issues, user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam.
∎ Monitoring network performance and analysis, as well as performance tuning; troubleshooting network issues; and escalating issues to the vendor.
∎ Repair and modify any type of hardware or software failure in a Windows program.
∎ Coordinate with factory IT about hardware and software related problems.
∎ Configuring and setting up IT Infrastructure related issue.
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and user requests.
∎ After training, you need to assist your team with payroll software.
∎ Manage external vendors' relationships, services, and documentation.
∎ To ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
∎ Any other task provided by management from time to time.
