General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Cement, Cement Industry
Job Context:
∎ This role is responsible for to supports all the branch office in Dhaka in coordinating local HR service delivery to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution support at sales branch offices in Dhaka and corporate Office
∎ Administers standard HR processes like recruitment, training, etc. under guidance
∎ Responds to standard inquiries and resolves complaints with respect to HR
∎ Facilitate local HR communications and reporting
∎ Provide feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to branch Managers
∎ Maintains and updates human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
∎ Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures
∎ Supports maintenance of employee files
∎ Timely generation of HR reports and basic data analysis
∎ Coordinates with admin to procure badges, passes, and identification cards, and support new hire orientation
∎ Coordinates with vendors to conduct reference or background checks on job applicants
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
