Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Masters and PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Buyers Audit, English Communication, Excelent computer skill, Social Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leave and overtime records of employees through HRIS.
∎ Assist Payroll daily by providing various data of worker and staff.
∎ Provide necessary support to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees.
∎ Maintain all personal files and update service records accordingly.
∎ Input data in HRIS regarding sourcing candidate, recruitment, training, salary fixation, confirmation and annual assessment of workers and staffs.
∎ Assist Line Manager in assessing of training needs, in-house skill base training programs, orientation programs, etc.
∎ Prepare final settlement bill, maternity benefit bill, Tiffin, Night & Holiday bill and send to management for approval and disburse bills among staffs and workers.
∎ To prepare Tiffin, Night & Holiday bill and send to management for approval and disburse bills among staffs and workers.
∎ Conduct onboarding of worker and staff.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure and handle worker and staff grievance and motivate them.
∎ Organize worker and staff performance reviews.
∎ Any other tasks given by line manager.
