Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in any subject/discipline
∎ PGD in HRM will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure and implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC and legal standards.
∎ Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
∎ To overlook the security department and check all registers are maintained as per the requirements in the gate.
∎ To prepare the salary register for security department based on the attendance inputs.
∎ Represent the organization for all CTPAT, SCAN, GSV, WRAP, BSCI & SEDEX audits.
∎ Entering CAP related documents and other details related to CTPAT in SCAN portal.
∎ To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings and reporting with reports.
∎ To maintain a relationship between worker and management to avoid any grievances at workplace.
∎ To prepare and update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Assisting in preparing the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ Conducting internal compliance audits at factories and prepare audit reports.
∎ Preparation of audit application forms for buyers and 3rd party audit firms before the factory audit.
∎ Conducting training programs for security guards on CTPAT related compliance.
∎ Conducting training programs for workers on PPE safety and CTPAT compliance related requirements.
∎ Conduct investigation /enquiry and prepare investigation report. (if required).
∎ Renew all licenses of the factory
∎ Liaison with the govt. office and police station (if required).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill is must.
