Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving challan collect schedule & Follow Up.
∎ Collect receiving challan from messenger & posting it to computer as record.
∎ Receiving challan marketing person wise sorting & send to head office (CRD Team).
∎ Daily alternative delivery report to concern person.
∎ Communicate with marketing people & CRD team for receiving challan issue.
∎ Communicate with marketing people & CRD team through email or phone.
∎ Corresponding with field forces to solve any challan related problem.
∎ Prepare daily goods receiving report and sent concern person.
∎ Prepare weekly & monthly undelivered stock report and sent to marketing person.
∎ Make vat challan (mussok-6.3) for delivery van as per schedule.
∎ Loaded delivery van as per challan and schedule.
∎ Daily Finished product received from production floors.
∎ Goods storing as per challan.
∎ Communicate with marketing & production people for smooth delivery operation.
∎ Corresponding with field forces to solve any problem in the operation.
∎ Corresponding with our commercial department for export delivery through mail.
∎ Arranging the direct export delivery.
∎ Communicate with C&F person for different EPZ delivery.
∎ Prepare stock reports on weekly & monthly basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years

Salary: Negotiable
