Job Context:
∎ Purpose of this position is to take strategic and functional responsibilities for production management system as a Executive/Sr Executive to assist and execute all production related work. Main responsibilities of the job are to execute production as planned and organize the production schedule according to the superior`s instruction. He should ensure the manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently with continual improvements through quality management system driven production process.

∎ Sr. Executive production should have the skills to meet individual & company KPI (key performance indicator), ensure visibility, and find out the gap in the work and take necessary and corrective measures to align the gap as per the company standard. Maintain good relationship with all employee and management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute production plan according to urgency.
∎ Give requisition for yarn to receive from store.
∎ To provide the soft winding plan to his subordinate as per schedule.
∎ Check soft winding package & instruction the supervisor and operator how to increase production.
∎ Follow up random and twisting section to increase production and quality.
∎ Recipe adjustment from sample m/c to bulk m/c.
∎ Prepare dye line.
∎ Shade checking.
∎ Signature in stationary requisition.
∎ Discuss buyer & marketing.
∎ Discuss with maintenance department if any m/c get trouble.
∎ Quality check of dyed yarn & make if needy for delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in textile engineering from reputed university.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
