Job Context:
∎ Purpose of this position is to take strategic and functional responsibilities for Maintenance management system as a Manager Maintenance to assist and execute all maintenance related works. Main responsibilities of the job are to coordinating with Production, prepare daily & monthly machine schedule report. He should ensure the manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently with continual improvements through maintenance management system .
∎ Asst Manager maintenance should have the skills to meet individual & company KPI (key performance indicator), ensure visibility, and find out the gap in the work and take necessary and corrective measures to align the gap as per the company standard. Maintain good relationship with all employee and management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Compliance issue, all purchase requisition, communication with the purchase department and ensure spare parts.
∎ Maintain communication with other departments, Ensure smooth operation of all machines.
∎ Monitor all electrical & mechanical issues and do the necessary troubleshooting quickly.
∎ Monitor & handle electrical safety of the factory.
∎ Ensure lube oil requirement for gas generator.
∎ To arrange preventive maintenance & overhauling issues of the generator.
∎ To perform preventive maintenance of compressor, boiler & ensure required materials.
∎ Pr-planning of installation & erection of new machinery.
∎ To maintain E.T.P's electrical & mechanical trouble shooting.
∎ To ensure monthly gas meter reading.
∎ To ensure soft water for boiler & all parameters counter checking.
∎ To ensure water & air supply of all section.
∎ To ensure preventive & break down maintenance of boiler.
∎ Give proper direction to officers to do their duty as per roster and necessity.
∎ Provide monthly schedule for machines maintenance.
∎ To ensure discipline & efficiency of maintenance department.
∎ To ensure environmental management system

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years experience in same position.

Salary:
