Responsibilities & Context:
To collect customer installments regularly and ensure proper deposit into company accounts.
To achieve credit recovery targets through daily follow-ups and timely reporting.
To maintain strong relationships with customers, vehicle parties, and local authorities.
To ensure accurate documentation and monitor all branch credit files.
To plan and execute overdue recovery, seizure, and vehicle release activities as per company policy.
Coordinate with relevant teams and assist supervisors in resolving critical recovery issues.
