Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 35 years

4 to 5 years of progressive experience in Core Compliance, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role specifically within the Garment/Apparel or Textile manufacturing industry, is mandatory.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct regular internal compliance audits on HR, Health & Safety, Fire, and Environmental aspects.

  • Ensure continuous compliance with local labor law (BLR 2015 & amendments).

  • Maintain all compliance records and documents

  • Support management to close non-compliance findings (NCs) raised during internal/external audits.

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly compliance checklists and reports.

  • Prepare factory and documentation for all buyer social audits (IKEA, H&M, KIABI,VF-ASIA. etc)

  • Prepare and update CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) and share progress reports.

  • Maintain and update all licenses, certificates, and legal documents (fire license, trade license, factory license, boiler certificate, etc.).

  • Support in drafting, revising, and updating company policies related to compliance and ethical practices.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly compliance performance reports.
