∎ Bachelors degree from any reputed university.
∎ Applicants who have PGD in compliance will be given preference.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Applicants should have ample knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Act, Accord & Alliance, RSC, Nirapon Standard etc.
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Applicants should have ample knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Act, Accord & Alliance, RSC, Nirapon Standard etc.
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and update all kinds of Certifications in all nominated factories.
∎ To ensure factory can meet all compliance requirements.
∎ Implement regular inspection to identify problems in the factory and carry out corrective action.
∎ Conduct Social and Technical Audit to onboard new factory as per required buyer COC.
∎ Develop factory as per buyer’s Social & Technical Requirements to ensure 3rd party certification. (CIA HERING, COSTCO, RENNER).
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Maintain and update all kinds of Certifications in all nominated factories.
∎ To ensure factory can meet all compliance requirements.
