Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Management or Accounting or Finance, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ MBA in Marketing will get an additional value.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate qualified leads via cold calls/office visits/emails, etc., and convert them into sales.
∎ Meet revenue target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Maintain sales data track from lead generation to handover of service.
∎ Ensure cross-sales and up-sales to existing customers.
∎ Maintain a healthy rapport with both potential and existing customers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain satisfactory sales results.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-year(s) experience in sales or marketing at Software Firm/IT Enabled Service providers for Sr. Executive position
∎ The applicants with experience in B2C, B2B, Government Office Liaison will get preference.
∎ Executive position does not require any relevant experience.
∎ Quick learner and should have Advance knowledge in MS office suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel are must.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ideal candidates must be smart- dedicated, hardworking, honest, sincere, and committed to the company.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Must have a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be able to multi-task and have a mindset to work under pressure.
