Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Educational Requirements: CA (CC) with M.Com / MBA (Accounting / Finance) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all inventory items with their balance as per stock register and verify the same materials with the closing balance.
∎ Check Requisition, MRR, stock ledger, Gate pass, challan, received and issued records of materials to prepare report and submit to head of department
∎ Check the procurement and disbursement procedure
∎ Check & verify all financial bills, vouchers & Party payments etc.
∎ Assessment and evaluation of internal control system.
∎ Check & verify AIT from supplier's bills, salary etc. & deposit to Govt. exchequer within the specific time in accordance with Income Tax Ordinance 1984.
∎ Examine books of accounts and returns i.e. General ledger, Cashbook, Bank book, Subsidiary ledger of the organization in supported by sufficient and relevant evidence.
∎ Check the purchase register ,Sales register, Challan (invoice), Challan (cash memo), VAT Challan for local purchase, Bill of entry for imported Input, treasury challan copy, Credit note and Debit note Mushak.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements: 3-4 years minimum. Female candidate are specially encouraged.
∎ Clear knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles.
∎ Honest, Smart, Confident, Energetic & Sincere.
∎ Quick cope up ability with a pressurized working environment.
∎ Mentality to work for long hour.
∎ Proficient in communicating in English language both oral and written.
∎ Salary & Perks: Negotiable & commensurate to experience/qualification.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka & Gazipur.
