∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing general HR and Admin operations.
∎ Responsible for payroll management and ensuring on-time disbursement of salary, allowances, incentives, bonus as per company policy.
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Ensure on time Recruitment, performance management, Rewards & Recognition, Promotion and Increment, Training & Development etc.
∎ Execution of the company's administrative plans, policies, and decisions.
∎ Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the office.
∎ Maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and safety, and other state and government regulations.
∎ Responsible for Leave and Attendance management.
∎ Managing staff queries, Handle grievance, Misconduct & report to management.
∎ Responsible for ensuring general administration.
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Preparing various reports on HR & Administrative works
∎ Cross check different types of bill, memo, voucher, requisitions and leave applications
∎ Liaise with different stakeholders, buyers, auditor govt. agencies & others as per business requirements;
∎ Contribute to the overall improvement and development of the organization with innovation, revolution & leadership
