∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Context:
∎ # Job Location: (Factory) Sreepur, Gazipur.
∎ # CA CC will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare invoice/bill/ voucher/ requisition/ delivery challan or any others documents.
∎ Prepare daily petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
∎ Preparation, maintain & follow-up forms like VAT-6.3, VAT-6.6 & others as required.
∎ Preparation, maintain & follow-up of registers like VAT-6.1, VAT-6.2 & others as required.
∎ Prepare & Submit price declaration time to time. (Musk-4.3) (Input-Output Co-efficient)
∎ Preparation & submission of monthly VAT return (VAT-9.1).
∎ Ensure necessary documentation on VAT related issues
∎ Properly record and maintain of all Bill of Entries and other import documents to get the rebate.
∎ Perform Cashbook audit, record of cash transaction & disbursements.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
∎ Proper maintenance of the stock Raw material, Finished Goods (fixed & consumable items) and check these physically on regular basis.
∎ Requires active participation & coordination with cross functional team.
∎ To ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit & VAT evidence for future reference

∎ Age 25 to 38 years
