∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source/procure all direct & indirect materials as per requirements by maintain organization policy, procedure & compliance.
∎ Specially work with-Production related items, Engineering & Maintenance, Spear Parts, Fire & safety related & construction Items.
∎ Analysis PR, sends RFQ, receive quotations & make comparative analysis between cost & quality goods and services for achieving competitive advantage.
∎ Generate ERP (ORACLE) based Purchase Order and web/E-Procurement.
∎ Search potential suppliers to set the effective procurement Strategy through effective negotiation procedure.
∎ Develop monthly procurement plan & strategy through ORACLE & Follow up and maintain procurement files by ERP (ORACLE) MONITORING TOOLS.
∎ Prepare materials requirement plan & collaborate with Production Planning, Inventory Dept & Concern Department..
∎ Follow up & materials update status through ORACLE Monitoring Tools.
∎ Follow Up LC/TT & other payments terms, shipping documents (EXP/IP) and maintain the cross-functional relationships with commercials, Accounts/Finance, Sales, Logistic & C&F.
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers as strategic partner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
