∎ Masters/ MBA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain overall activities of share trade & Investment Department of the company.
∎ To maintain liaison with the securities & exchange commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange & Chittagong Stock Exchanges, Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, CDBL.
∎ To prepare and submit the annual return, to assist in preparation and submission of Annual Report, Half-yearly report and any other statutory report to all concerned.
∎ To assist the company secretary relating to shares and company affairs, submission of monthly shareholding position of the Director.
∎ To maintain SMS (share management software) & Central Depository System (CDS) and dematerialization update with Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd. (CDBL)
∎ Processing printing and delivery of the dividend warrant to the shareholders by hand/courier service.
∎ To follow up IPO Shares, Placement Shares & Investment in Secondary Share market.
∎ To make certificate (related to Director's return submission).
∎ To processing of buying, selling and transfer etc. of Director's share.
∎ Declaration of quarterly, half yearly, 3rd quarterly and yearly price sensitive information to all liaison office and shareholders.
∎ Assist to arrange Annual General Meeting.

Salary: Negotiable
