Responsibilities & Context:

• Collect the sufficient sewing line input, accessories, sample, style details & other materials required for sewing production (Women’s Tops. Trouser, Vest).

• Increase production (Women’s Tops. Trouser, Vest) with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.

• Allocated order quantity has to be achieved as per the planning departments.

• End line rejection (%) & DHU has to be maintained based on organization policy.

• Monitoring & control absenteeism as per organization policy.

• Close the production as per shipment plan.

• Achieve the daily planned sewing production & efficiency.

• Control the production operational process to run smoothly.
