Responsibilities & Context:
Collect the sufficient sewing line input, accessories, sample, style details & other materials required for sewing production (Women’s Tops. Trouser, Vest).
Increase production (Women’s Tops. Trouser, Vest) with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.
Allocated order quantity has to be achieved as per the planning departments.
End line rejection (%) & DHU has to be maintained based on organization policy.
Monitoring & control absenteeism as per organization policy.
Close the production as per shipment plan.
Achieve the daily planned sewing production & efficiency.
Control the production operational process to run smoothly.
