B.Sc. Engineering Degree Preferably from Mechanical/Electrical.
Must be passionate about the agricultural economy and Farm Mechanization sector.
Ability to manage the assigned product’s service team and operations with minimal supervision.
ACI Motors Limited is looking for Young Engineers who are willing to manage a product’s after sales service network countrywide. Major Responsibilities are -
Maintain the service apps and monitor the activities of field service team.
Plan and execute service promotional activities.
Communicate with foreign principals in service & product-related issues and claim warranty with proper documentation.
Support the field team (Service Engineers/Technicians) with all logistics and assist in expense claiming.
Data Analysis on the service parameters, prepare reports and present to management.
Analyze the spare parts consumption and forecast to maintain optimum inventory for service needs.
Prepare and submit spare parts bills & quotations.
Ensure proper follow-up in spare parts delivery.
Field visit to territories/customers/dealers to mitigate any issues of service operations
Coordination among marketing, sales, Distribution, Finance, Commercial and other cross functional teams.
