• Excellent command of English communication (written & spoken) for international client handling.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager.

• Experience in lead generation and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).

• Client management skills with ability to present, negotiate, and maintain relationships.

• Strong team leadership capability to guide junior executives.

• Ability to bring measurable results in traffic growth, lead generation, and conversions.

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
• Conduct technical SEO audits (site structure, page speed, schema, etc.).
• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Linkedin Ads).
• Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies to generate qualified leads from international markets for CAD drafting, detailing, 3D modeling, Revit BIM, and Point Cloud services.
• Linkedin Marketing: Build and manage company presence on Linkedin connect with prospects, run targeted campaigns, and generate leads.
• Email Marketing: Develop targeted email campaigns for nurturing leads, client retention, and promotions.
• Manage social media content and engagement to grow brand visibility.
• Maintain regular communication with international clients via email, Linkedin and calls.
• Build client relationships and handle inquiries professionally to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Provide clear reporting and presentations to management and clients.
• Lead, guide, and coordinate with junior executives to achieve team goals.
• Track, measure, and report digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, and technical teams to align SEO & marketing strategies.
