• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.      

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to handle customers related to CATV and Internet services.

• Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.

• Provide professional, courteous, and timely technical support via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat.

• Diagnose, handle, and resolve customer complaints related to PCB circuit issues.

• Perform soldering and repair work on networking devices such as STB (Set-Top Box), ONU, OLT, EDFA, and related equipment.

• Collect, analyze, and evaluate relevant information to resolve technical inquiries and issues.

• Maintain accurate support logs, records, and required documentation.

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Record details of customer inquiries, feedback, complaints, and actions taken.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
