∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Merchandising
∎ For very good candidate with right experience educational qualification will be relaxed

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make liaison with foreign footwear buyers and manage supplier relationship
∎ Correspond with buyers for collecting orders and execute them according to the buyers' requirements
∎ Attend buyers meeting, negotiate and secure orders in a competitive price
∎ Monitor and follow-up daily production activities and resolve issues
∎ Coordinate with all stakeholders so that the whole process is on time
∎ Ensure product development according to buyers' requirements
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
∎ Ensure procurement activities
∎ Manage purchase of materials at competitive price and ensure delivery on time
∎ Work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals and ensure quality
∎ Identify new suppliers and negotiate supply agreements
∎ Assess performance of the vendors
∎ Perform any other relevant job assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with footwear experience will get extra preference
∎ Very good in MS Office
∎ Sound analytical skills
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Good team player and high adaptability in any situation
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure and meet deadline
