• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and product specifications for potential clients.

• Support customer inquiries, coordinate sample requests, and manage sample dispatch processes.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and delivery timelines.

• Track the progress of fabric production, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery timelines.

• Collaborate with production teams to resolve any quality or delivery issues.

• Regularly communicate with clients to update them on order statuses and address any concerns.

• Participate in pricing discussions, cost calculations, and invoicing with finance teams.

• Generate sales and production reports for management review.
