In depth understanding of fabrics in Solid dyed, Printed and Yarn Dyed Non-Denim Woven Fabrics.
Familiarity with textile supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods and insight into the sustainability and ethical considerations within the industry.
Negotiating skills, understanding the right value of the product, ability to close deals maintaining customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead the marketing and merchandising team, setting KPIs, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.
Cultivate strong relationships with high-profile clients, identifying opportunities for new business.
Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to ensure timely product development aligned with market trends.
Oversee the pricing strategy, cost management, and margin analysis to maximize profitability.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
Establish and manage the merchandising calendar, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Work with senior management to forecast sales, set budgets, and develop business plans.
