In depth understanding of fabrics in Solid dyed, Printed and Yarn Dyed Non-Denim Woven Fabrics.
Familiarity with textile supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods and insight into the sustainability and ethical considerations within the industry.
Negotiating skills, understanding the right value of the product, ability to close deals maintaining customer satisfaction.
Lead day-to-day communication with key clients, handling inquiries, order follow-ups, and feedback.
Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, coordinating with R&D to support product development.
Manage and monitor the merchandising calendar to ensure timely sample and production delivery.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to meet client specifications.
Negotiate pricing with clients and internal stakeholders to secure profitable orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and industry trends.
Support the Senior Executive in complex account management and escalated client issues.
Assist the Manager in executing marketing strategies and sales targets.
