Job Responsibilities:
∎ Updating the company website with the information approved by the Management.
∎ Able to solve any kind of hardware / software, windows program problem.
∎ Providing IT and IOT supports to all the users of the group.
∎ Responsible for ensuring full utilization of company assets and keep records of IT / IOT assets and equipments.
∎ Responsible for maintaining, protecting & developing company's IT systems such as Access level maintain, Access Control, Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation systemically.
∎ Look after the Server & secure the server, also to ensure data backup and mirroring.
∎ Regular monitoring and ensuring smooth operations of day to day IT and IOT operations.
∎ Develop and Implement organizational IT policy, rules and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Developing a full controlled & secured IT network for Head office.
∎ Responsible for generating different types of monthly report as per management required.
∎ CCTV System (IP Camera & DVR Setup), Attendance machine configure & maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop illustrator, Digital Marketing, Hardware Engineering, IT System Management, Network Engineering, Website Management
∎ Willingness and ability to work long hours with the computer.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer Science and Software.
∎ Good Capability in Ms Word & Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
