Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Network Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring operation and security of all computer hardware.
∎ Maintaining accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and purchased manuals.
∎ Running regular checks on network and data security.
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve/update software and systems.
∎ Conducting regular system audits.
∎ Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
∎ Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
∎ Providing direction to IT team members
∎ Ensuring repair and maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc.
∎ Act as a primary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology related matters
∎ Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support.
∎ Responsible for handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
∎ Should be aware of IT Security Policies and ensure implementation through regular staff training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidates should possess thorough knowledge about LAN, WAN and TCP/IP networks, IP Routing, Sub-netting.
∎ Knowledge on Database will be added an advantage.
∎ The applicants should be experienced as a Network Engineer/Network Administrator/System Engineer(Computer Network & System).
∎ Experience in Office 365 / Azure AD / Teams is mandatory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies/ISP/IT Enabled Service/Software Company.
