Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed Company is looking for a candidate for the post of Executive/ Senior Executive HR & Administration Dept.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor day-to-day office work.
∎ Drafting all kinds of Official Notice / Circular, Show Cause Letter, Investigation /
∎ Observation Report, Posting, Transfer Letter, Increment, Promotion, Separation, Confirmation related work, etc.
∎ Maintenance of office Support & driver & Ensure office security, office cleanliness, gardening, and follow-up accordingly.
∎ Handling BRTA and other Govt. body related works i.e. Tax tokens, Fitness, ownership transfer, registration issues, etc., and maintaining all repairing works of company-owned vehicles.
∎ Strong supervision for cost control and initiative for avoiding unnecessary expenses.
∎ Facilitate to arrange internal events, and arrange & coordinate all kinds of official meetings.
∎ Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties; maintain files, records, and information of above related jobs, coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).
∎ Conduct initial orientation to newly join employees
∎ Prepare Monthly Attendance, Food Allowance & OT report.
∎ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
∎ Keep a record of employee daily attendance, and security attendance.
∎ Maintain all records related to Stationery requisition and distribution.
∎ Maintain Office Staff according to rules and regulations.
∎ Process payroll, resolve any payroll errors, and disburse salary sincerely on time.
∎ Maintaining HR Software and keep update all information a regular basis;
∎ To supervise of Manage any other activities assigned by the HOD/ Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have leadership, execution, and teamwork quality, be adaptable, proactive, and innovative, and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Should have the ability to correspond accurately.
∎ Should have experienced in Real Estate Administration, Office Management.

Salary: Negotiable
