Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Vendor certification will be added advantage.
∎ Hands-on deployment experience on Cisco, Mikrotik, Routers, Switches and OLT.
∎ Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, RSTP, Etherchannel, VRF, PBR, Load balancing.
∎ Experience on VPN (L2 and L3), GRE, IPsec, L2TP VPN tunneling protocol
∎ Strong knowledge of IPv6, IP sub-netting, Mikrotik Firewall Configuration, NAT, Port forwarding, Mangle.
∎ Troubleshoot relating to the hardware & software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in a roster based work schedule, including night shifts.
∎ Install, configure and maintain routers, Switches and network connectivity.
∎ Work with different wireless technologies including (Cambium, Unifi routers).
∎ Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
∎ Maintain of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details.
∎ Participate in a roster based work schedule, including night shifts.
∎ Install, configure and maintain routers, Switches and network connectivity.
