  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Hardworking and dedicated approach to meeting deadlines and managing high-pressure situations.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure all service requests are handled smoothly and in a timely manner.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service team.

  • Assign engineers/technicians appropriate tasks and resources.

  • Allocate engineers/technicians to service requests based on expertise, availability, and service requirements.

  • Track and monitor team performance regularly.

  • Ensure all service requests are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

  • Prepare comprehensive service performance reports for management review.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service data and documentation.

  • Provide continuous guidance and support to engineers/technicians.

  • Promote continuous improvement of technical and customer service skills within the team.

  • Handle escalated service issues and ensure timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all services meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Conduct periodic quality checks and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all service operations.
