• Working with Samsung or any other Multinational brand will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.

• Experience with diagnostic tools and software for mobile repairs.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Willingness to stay updated on the latest mobile technologies.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues.

• Perform tests and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and performance.

• Provide technical support for devices, including installation, configuration, and software updates.

• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

• Document all repairs, troubleshooting steps, and service reports accurately and promptly.

• Maintain an organized inventory of mobile repair parts, components, and tools.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, as needed.

• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all repair and service activities.
