Education:
  • Candidates must have completed BBA/MBA from a reputed public institution.

  • Graduates from the following universities will be given preference: University of Dhaka, Khulna University, University of Rajshahi, University of Chittagong.

  • Candidates who have completed relevant academic or professional courses related to the job role will receive additional preference.

  • Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge.

  • Good command on both spoken and written English.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Negotiate with suppliers, Opening L/C, Insurance processing, dealing with C&F agents and Forwarding Agent.

  • Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import documentation.

  • Maintain communication with importer through email and phone communication.

  • Follow up and provide LC to supplier within stipulated time-frame.

  • Maintain liaison with BTRC, customs and other related government officials.

  • Coordinate with Inspection Company, C&F agent and freight forwarder.

  • Strong negotiation & documentation skills for BTRC related works.

  • Maintaining critical liaison with suppliers, Port authority, Shipping agent, and Bank.

  • To work closely with Finance/Accounts, Sales/Marketing, Logistic/Distribution and other relevant Departments as applicable.

  • Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
