Education:
  • Candidates must have completed BBA/MBA from a reputed public institution.

  • Graduates from the following universities will be given preference: University of Dhaka, Khulna University, University of Rajshahi, University of Chittagong.

  • Candidates who have completed relevant academic or professional courses related to the job role will receive additional preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Assist in negotiating with suppliers and support the commercial team in procurement processes.

  2. Process and follow up on L/C (Letter of Credit) opening and ensure timely submission to suppliers.

  3. Handle insurance documentation and coordinate with insurance providers for import shipments.

  4. Liaise with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping agents for smooth clearance and delivery of goods.

  5. Prepare, preserve, and maintain all import-related documents accurately.

  6. Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders via email and phone.

  7. Follow up with suppliers to ensure compliance with L/C terms and shipment schedules.

  8. Coordinate with relevant authorities such as BTRC, customs, and other regulatory bodies as required.

  9. Support inspection processes by coordinating with inspection companies and related parties.

  10. Maintain effective communication with port authorities, banks, and other stakeholders.

  11. Work closely with the Accounts department for document submission and payment processing.

  12. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for BTRC-related works.

  13. Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
