Responsibilities & Context:
The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer networks, leading field operations, and ensuring effective market execution within the assigned territory.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives within the designated territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Expand distribution coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the field sales team to ensure maximum productivity.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of promotional activities.
Manage dealer stock, collections, and outstanding receivables.
Prepare and submit regular sales, market, and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Support overall business growth and market share expansion for Samsung Mobile products.
