Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and track project schedules from initiation to completion.
Ensure milestones are met and report potential delays to the CEO.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for project updates.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and engineering teams.
Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Manage communication and ensure clarity in directives.
Analyze project progress and suggest improvements to meet timelines.
Use engineering knowledge to evaluate project challenges and propose solutions.
