Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field from a recognized university.
∎ A Master's degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure positive client relationships and convert leads into sales.
∎ Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company.
∎ Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the sales process.
∎ Assist in planning and organizing sales-related events and promotional activities.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
