Experience:
1. Lift/Elevator Technician
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair elevators and lifts.

Collaborate with the engineering team for complex repairs.
Requirements:

Ensure all installations and repairs meet legal and company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in elevator/escalator maintenance.
Strong knowledge of industry codes and safety regulations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Sales Manager - Elevators & Escalators
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell lift, escalator, and elevator products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and engineers.
Prepare quotes, tenders, and technical proposals for clients.
Attend trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the elevator, lift, or construction industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
5. Project Manager - Installation & Maintenance
Responsibilities:
Manage installation and maintenance projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field technicians.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specification.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the lift and escalator industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience managing teams and clients.
Knowledge of project management software and tools.
6. Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and service requests.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair appointments.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting over the phone or email.
Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance.
