Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lift/Elevator Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair elevators and lifts.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

  • Perform routine inspections and testing of lifts and elevators.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team for complex repairs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator/lift installation or maintenance.

  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Valid driver’s license (for fieldwork).


2. Escalator Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair escalators in commercial and residential properties.

  • Perform safety checks and inspections.

  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.

  • Address escalator malfunctions and troubleshoot accordingly.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with escalators.

  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical components of escalators.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.

  • Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.


3. Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regular inspection and preventive maintenance of all lift, elevator, and escalator systems.

  • Prepare and execute maintenance schedules.

  • Provide technical support and advice to field teams.

  • Handle emergency breakdowns and escalator/lift malfunctions.

  • Ensure all installations and repairs meet legal and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 3+ years of experience in elevator/escalator maintenance.

  • Strong knowledge of industry codes and safety regulations.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


4. Sales Manager - Elevators & Escalators

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell lift, escalator, and elevator products and services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and engineers.

  • Prepare quotes, tenders, and technical proposals for clients.

  • Attend trade shows and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the elevator, lift, or construction industry.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical specifications.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.


5. Project Manager - Installation & Maintenance

Responsibilities:

  • Manage installation and maintenance projects from start to finish.

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field technicians.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specification.

  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the lift and escalator industry.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Experience managing teams and clients.

  • Knowledge of project management software and tools.


6. Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer queries and service requests.

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair appointments.

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting over the phone or email.

  • Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of the lift/escalator industry is a plus.
